This Facial Serum is custom formulated to restore balance to oily, scarred, and combination skin compositions.  Botanical and Mushroom Extracts, Herbal Infusions, and Organic Oils combine to reduce breakouts, resolve damaged skin conditions, and balance natural oil production.

KEY INGREDIENTS:
Hazelnut Oil:  Incredibly fast absorbing, Hazelnut Oil is high in beneficial tannins, fatty acids, and Vitamin E.  These tannins cause Hazelnut Oil to be one of the few carrier oils with deeply astringent properties, helping to dry oily skin, cleanse and shrink pores, and remove bacteria.
Squalane:  Much like Jojoba Oil (another key ingredient in this blend), Squalane mimics the skins natural oils, helping to balance out the overproduction that can accompany long term struggles with break outs and acne.   Our Olive Squalane boosts collagen production, smoothes and softens the skin, and is completely noncomedogenic (will not clog pores).
Comfrey Leaf & Root:  Comfrey is a wound healing powerhouse, helping to heal open breakouts, and fast.  Comfrey leaf and root are both high in allatoin, a compound that hastens skin regeneration and stimulates cell proliferation.  Comfrey also boast strong anti-inflammatory and pain reliving properties, supporting maximum comfort while transitioning your skin to its new and lasting glow.
Full Spectrum Hemp Flower:  High in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties, Hemp is an amazing ally in maintaining a healthy overall complexion.  Our full spectrum Hemp Flower is direct batch extracted to contain all of the beneficials of the Hemp plant.  No distillates or byproducts here!
Reishi Mushroom Extract: High in beta-glucans, Reishi is a powerful adaptogen for the skin.  Reishi fights off free radicals, protecting the skins cells and offering up some serious anti-inflammatory properties.  It is also high in polysaccharides, pulling moisture into the skin without needing to utilize chemical methods, and plumping and firming skin that is not able to tolerate excessive external moisturization.
Willow Bark Extract:  Willow Bark is high in the compound salicin, which acts as both a pain reliever and potent astringent.  This compound, as well as a variety of additional tannins, give Willow a complex ability to exfoliate skin, cleanse and reduce the size of pores, reduce excess oil, and soothe minor irritations and redness.
Sandalwood Essential Oil:  Aside from its deliciously earthy/woodsy aroma, Sandalwood is a fabulous ally for those with oily/combination skin.  It is mildly exfoliating, soothing and purifying.  Sandalwood is able to act both as a resurfacant of the skin in this way, while also pulling moisture into the skin through its emollient properties.  A perfect ally in healing and rebalancing the skins oil structure.

THE FEEL: 
Soft and delicate, quick absorbing, mildly scented with deep herbaceously earthy notes, followed by a camphorous hint.

THE RITUAL:
Best applied after cleansing, massage a small amount into skin in an upwards motion, using delicate fingers over damaged or broken out areas.  This can also be used as an oil cleanser, removing makeup around the eyes at the end of day.  As always, apply oil-based products after all water based products have fully absorbed.
